Crystal Metalworks, Inc., a division of Crystal Steel Fabricators, Inc. has an opening for a fitter in our Hatfield, PA facility. Responsibilities of this position will include:
Direct management of the shop personnel
Layout, fitup, and other fabrication functions as time permits
Reading shop drawings
Improve efficiency of shop operations
Monitor quality of the work product
Maintain safe working conditions
Report on shop issues to Shop Foreman
Coordinate with the Production Managers to establish shop priorities / schedules
Other work, which may be assigned by Crystal Metalworks executives
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a shop foreman or assistant shop foreman for a miscellaneous metals fabricator / erector.
