Specific Duties and Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for managing the schedule and communications of the Management by prioritizing emails, phone calls, meetings and/or business events.
2. Provides general support by handling administrative tasks on a daily basis.
- Education Requirements
At least a Bachelors Degree of any 4 year course
- Work Experience
At least four (4) years of work related experience
- Knowledge and Skills
Must have skills in Records Management, Documentation, Database Administration, Microsoft Word, Excel and other programs
Must have integrity, smart worker, team player, has positive attitude and values
Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
